The Route
The route will begin at Lion Bridge for an out and back bike or run on the Cedar Valley Nature Trail and the official route will be posted on my website closer to the event date. There will be a 1 mile turnaround for kids.

*If you bring children, your waiver will apply to them as well. You are responsible for them.
